The story behind Hellēness
Hellēness was born from my own journey.
For years, I felt disconnected from myself. Depression had taken over, not just in my mind, but in my body too. I was exhausted, drained, and my skin showed it: dull, lifeless, breaking out. I kept thinking, I need a moment to rest for my mind, my body.
But I was juggling so much, I barely had time to breathe. I didn’t need hours, I needed one moment to feel like myself again.
That’s where the idea for Hellēness came from. I wanted to create what I couldn’t find: small, meaningful moments of calm. Hellēness isn’t just about wellness—it’s about feeling okay again, even if it’s just ten minutes. It’s about nurturing yourself, inside and out.
